“Long-term financial success is driven by behavior. The most meaningful work we do comes from helping clients simplify complex decisions and stay focused on what matters most.”
As a second-generation advisor, Justin Oldham has spent over 20 years guiding individuals, families, business owners, and nonprofit organizations through important financial decisions. His focus is straightforward: help clients clearly define what matters most and build a practical plan to achieve it.
As a partner of The Hassan Oldham Group, Justin is known for turning complex financial concepts into clear, actionable next steps. He takes a personal interest in each client’s long-term success and works to create confidence through thoughtful, ongoing conversations.
Justin earned his finance degree from the University of Notre Dame. After beginning his career in corporate consulting in Chicago, he made the move to Tennessee to build a practice alongside his partner, Yaz Hassan.
Justin and his wife, Lindsey, stay active with their two children, Sloane and Meyer, and their two Aussie Mountain Doodles, Benny and Joanie. He is an avid runner and, along with Lindsey, helps coach the St. Rose of Lima cross country team, while also coaching flag football and basketball. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to the community.
Justin is a parishioner at St. Rose of Lima, where he serves on the parish finance council. He is a graduate of Leadership Rutherford and a former board member of the Southern Development Board at Second Harvest Food Bank. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Notre Dame Alumni Association. He particularly enjoys teaching personal finance to 7th and 8th grade students at St. Rose, helping the next generation build strong financial habits early.
