Yaz has been a Financial Advisor for over 25 years and is proud of each relationship he has the privilege to work with. He is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and plan for their family’s future. The Hassan Oldham Group, now 12 years young, believes family values are the cornerstone of every client relationship. Daily, Yaz advocates, counsels, and plans with clients and their families. He has been named one of the “Top 1200 Financial Advisors” by Barron’s for eight consecutive years. In addition, named by the Financial Times and Forbes as one of the "Top 400 Advisors" in America.

Yaz attended school at The University of Tennessee before an internship with Courier Printing turned into a job offer. He then worked and finished his degree in Finance at MTSU. His job at Courier made him recognize his love of the client relationship and allowed for real-world experience in taking care of clients, which was great training for getting started in this business. Given the opportunity by J.C. Bradford, Yaz got his start in Financial Services. Yaz loved the business and the study of financial markets, right away he had made a great decision. As a result of his love and commitment to lifelong learning and growth, he completed a three-year course at the Securities Industry Institute® at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2009. Yaz is a founding board member of the Community Foundation of Rutherford County and is a parishioner at St. Rose of Lima. In the past, he has served as Treasurer of United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Yaz and his wife, Jennifer, have two Children, Emil, and Hannah, both graduates of Oakland High School. His daughter Hannah is currently a got her degree from Belmont University and will be attending Belmont for her Doctor of Physical Therapy. His son, Emil, attends Possibility Place, a 501c3 here in Murfreesboro which serves adults with special needs.
